JVM provides various services, both online and offline, geared towards improving your academic experience as well as to provide a cost-effective solution for our users. You may only create one JVM account for use of the Services. You may not create or use more than one account, nor share your account or any of the Services with others. All information you provide to create an account must be accurate and complete. You may not impersonate any other person or use a name that is not your own. It is your responsibility to update your account information to keep it current and accurate. You are solely responsible for safe guarding your password and agree to notify JVM immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another user at any time, nor to disclose your password to any third-party. JVM has the right to terminate your account for any reason at our sole discretion without notice to you.

The Services are owned and operated by JVM. Unless otherwise explicitly specified by JVM, all materials that are included in or otherwise a part of the Services, including past, present, and future versions, domain names, source and object code, the text, site design, logos, graphics, icons, and the "look and feel" of the Services, are owned, controlled, or licensed by JVM or JVM's third-party partners. JVM Content is protected from unauthorized use, copying and dissemination by copyright laws, rules, regulations, and treaties. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on the Services may violate copyright, and other applicable laws, rules, regulations, and treaties, and could result in criminal or civil penalties

User Content & Activity

When you submit, post, upload, embed, display, communicate, link to, email or otherwise distribute or publish any review, problem, suggestion, idea, solution, question, answer, class notes, course outline, bibliographic and citation information, comment, testimonial, feedback, message, image, video, text, profile data or other material ("User Content") to JVM, any JVM employee or contractor, or our Website or social platform, you grant JVM and our affiliates, representatives and other entities or individuals authorized JVM, a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable (through multiple tiers) and fully transferable right to exercise any and all copyright, trademark, publicity, and database rights you have in the content, in any media known now or in the future, and to make, use, reproduce, copy, display, publish, exhibit, distribute, modify, sell, offer for sale, create derivative works based upon and otherwise use the User Content.

You further agree that JVM is free to use any ideas or concepts contained in any User Content for any purposes whatsoever, including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services, and creating informational articles, without any payment of any kind to you. You authorize JVM to publish your User Content in a searchable format that may be accessed by users of the Services and the internet. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (a) waive (to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law) any moral rights you may have in any User Content you submit in favor of JVM and its successors-in-interest, even if such User Content is altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you and (b) agree and consent to JVM doing, or refraining to do, any act that would otherwise infringe any moral rights you have (to the extent that any moral rights cannot be waived under applicable law).

JVM is not required to host, display, or distribute, and may remove at any time, any User Content. JVM reserves the right to change the format, sizing, and any other display specifications of the Content as it sees fit. You represent and warrant that you have the right to submit the content, and that the content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party. JVM Edu reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise objectionable.

Payment and Payment Processing

JVM Edu will accept payments from clients using a variety of payment methods, including physical payments, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payment platforms. All payments made to JVM Edu will be processed through secure payment processing systems, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. JVM Edu will ensure that all payment processing systems are secure and regularly monitored to detect and prevent any potential security breaches. Any payment information collected from clients will be stored securely and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. In the event of a payment processing error or dispute, JVM Edu will work with the client to resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner. JVM Edu may charge fees for certain payment methods, and these fees will be clearly disclosed to clients prior to payment. Any refunds or cancellations of payments will be processed promptly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Employees of JVM Edu who handle payment information or payment processing systems will be trained on the company's payment and payment processing policies and procedures. JVM Edu reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, with appropriate notice to clients and employees. By agreeing to use JVM Edu's payment processing services, clients agree to comply with this Payment and Payment Processing Policy.

JVM Edu Discount Codes, Bonuses, Coupons, Loyalty Programs, Points Programs and Other Promotions

From time to time, JVM Edu may offer discounts, bonuses, coupons, loyalty programs, points programs, sweepstakes, contests or other promotional incentives. These incentives typically have their own specific rules, restrictions, and limitations (e.g., limiting when, how often, and under what circumstances you may be eligible for the promotion). You are responsible for carefully reviewing and complying with these applicable rules, restrictions, and limitations. You agree not to engage in any self-dealing, collusion, smurfing (defined as breaking large orders or sales transactions into multiple individual transactions for the purpose of obtaining multiple discounts or payments), or otherwise gaming or defrauding the system. Discounts apply only toward the actual base product/service rental or purchase cost; they do not apply to taxes, shipping, extension or late fees, or any other additional fees (e.g., conversion to purchase fees).

These Terms, together with any applicable attachments and JVM’s privacy policy, JVM Edu Tutoring Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of Services and supersede any prior or inconsistent agreements, negotiations, representations, and promises, written or oral, with respect to the subject matter and is binding upon the parties and their permitted successors and assigns. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of JVM Edu to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision

JVM cannot guarantee receipt of any correspondence, including mail, messages, and emails, sent to JVM; thus, receipt of any correspondence submitted to JVM is not confirmed until and unless User receives a written email response from a JVM representative confirming such receipt. JVM is not liable for any correspondence that is lost, delayed, or misdirected.
